Lead planning, strategy, and marketing operations for the start-up Ebike brand. Clarify brand vision and goals and lead the team in developing a franchising roadmap to expand the brand nationwide. Drive consensus with marketing and leadership to ensure projects establish a strategic focus, measure objectives, and address defined needs.

RESULT

With a cleaner logo and brand identity, we established the "Ride Happy" mantra. This theme became the foundation for all marketing and brand vision efforts. By creating an authentic brand message the customer immediately bought into the culture and benefits of care-free riding.
